I recommend as part of your reserach to attend a dog show. There is no better place to see dogs of all ages, meet breeders, see them groomed and ready for competition. It is a fun day for the whole family. You can obtain show information by date and state at Info Dog. You can access the information by selecting the show button and going to the show calendar.
